This remodel will require a reduction of the fixture count by one water closet in each restroom. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new plumbing fixtures, installation of new toilet divider walls, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. Note: any increase in occupant load within any tenant space would require the installation of additional water closets. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
