This project is for the removal of one a main level bathroom and relocating it to share the plumbing wall with the utility room. It appears that there will be existing beams holding the floor where the bathroom walls will be removed. A new beam will be installed if needed, R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
