(NESTLE POWER BAR - WASTEWATER STORAGE TANK SHED) The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building. To construct a 118 square foot storage shed next to an existing 187,820 square foot fully fire sprinklered unlimited area building. Based on perimeter dimensions, the shed will occupy a total area of about 150 square feet. This shed is considered to be part of the unlimited area building. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, steel stud exterior walls, steel panel wall sheathing, steel straps and holddowns to resist lateral loads, steel joist roof structure, steel roof panels, a steel grate floor, expansion bolts, a ships ladder, and a double leaf exterior door. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The shed may be required to have fire sprinkler protection. **CJW**
