Work is to include interior nonbearing walls to create a new unisex restroom / shower room, a new interior door, installation of a new break room counter, new plumbing, new electrical, and interior finishes. Building materials are required to be noncombustible. If there are existing elements of this building that do not comply, upgrades may be required when those areas are altered. Required upgrades potentially include installing a fire sprinkler system throughout this building.
