Work is to include: removal of two water closets to install a child accessible water closet, replace all floor finishes, fur out wall around old geothermal line, install new two bay sink, remodel child entry area, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
