(NOODLES & COMPANY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel an existing 3,958 square foot restaurant tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. Interior nonstructural demolition and some limited exterior structural demolition were done under permit BLD12-03312. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits and bulk heads, grease hoods and ducts, a dishwasher hood and duct, a walk-in cooler, uncovered aluminum awnings, fabric covered awnings, synthetic stucco over CDX plywood, exterior thin brick over CDX plywood, a new slab on grade pitched for drainage, and interior finishes. Structural upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-01102. The design for the attachment of the aluminum uncovered awning to the building is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. A separate permit will be required from the Fire Department for the grease hood fire suppression system. **CJW**
