There will be 21s.f. addition where inside corner walls will be reversed to add 21s.f. in the master suite. there will be a remodel in the main bathroom area adding a sauna and there will be nine(9) l.f. of foundation placed for a new fireplace. The fire place installation will include select exterior wall / window infill. Where will be no added exterior wall surface s.f.. N/A Energy and ESC permits due to the small scope of work.
