This permit is to remove a small room with a mezzanine above from the warehouse area. The room and mezzanine were added without permits after original approval. This issue came up when it was observed by the Fire Prevention Officer that this room had no sprinkler heads within it. The intent with this permit is to return this building to its original condition as approved under MIS02-00240. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
