Work to include: Demolition work per plans; install new lead-lined sheetrock to increase the total lead shielding required for the room; construct new lead lined non-load bearing walls; install new lead lined doors/frames and glazing; install a new wall hung sink; patch walls as required; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and install new flooring and interior finishes. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. This building is fully fire sprinklered.
