(ST. LUKES)(10TH FLOOR) To remodel a 1,421 square foot portion of the 10th floor expanding a waiting room and adding three treatment rooms. Work to include: Selective demolition work per plans; construct interior non-bearing walls with cold-formed metal framing and associated doors and related hardware to create three new treatment rooms; new suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; penetration firestopping; joint sealants; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; fire sprinkler/alarm systems, controls, voice and data communication system work; and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for an I-2 Occupancy and as a high-rise building. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit.
