To remodel an interior area having a floor area of about 3,150 square feet within an existing 4,700 square foot building. The remaining 1,550 square foot area will be for future expansion. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 3 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, an exhaust hood, plaster traps, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings and bulkheads, and interior finishes. New and relocated roof top HVAC units are required to be located and supported per the structural analysis. The interior nonstructural demolition work was done under permit BLD13-00363. All cooking operations related to the commercial kitchen will be abandoned although some kitchen equipment will remain in place.
