Elevation Ridge Subdivision Retaining Wall - To construct a new 105 lineal foot reinforced concrete retaining wall at the rear of lots 24, 25 and 26 of the Elevation Ridge Subdivision. The wall is located ten feet from the rear property lines; it is situated on 20 feet of lot 24, all of lot 25 and approximately 20 feet of lot 26. The exposed wall height begins at 2'-0" on lot 24, rises to a maximum exposed height of 9'-0" at lot 25 and drops to an exposed height of 4'-0" at lot 26.
