The Terraces of Boise - Skilled Nursing Cottage L - To construct a new 12,465 square foot, one story, wood framed skilled nursing facility and related site improvements. This nursing home will contain 16 sleeping units with individual restrooms, as well as, a kitchen, dining and hearth room social area. This building will also contain a hair salon, laundry, storage and mechanical areas. This building is divided into two smoke compartments by a one-hour smoke barrier wall. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
