TREEHOUSE APARTMENTS - (UNITS 270, 272 & 274) To repair water damage in an existing two story apartment building. Work to include: remove and replace damaged sheetrock, insulation, and floor coverings; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and electrical and plumbing repairs. No structural repairs are allowed under this permit. The installation of smoke alarms in each unit is required and be installed per chapter 9 of the 2009 IBC. All construction shall be per chapter 34 of the 2009 IBC, the approved plans, attached plan review report, and the structural inspectors final approval.
