Work to include: Rebuild roof per engineering and approved plans; install R-20 continuous rigid insulation above the rood deck; install new single-ply membrane roofing system; install (10) plastic, curb mounted, double domed skylights with thermal break. All repair work per the approved plans, Engineering, and the structural inspectors final approval.
