**(VANILLA FINISH - Capitol Terrace Building)** This permit is to upgrade an existing restroom to be accessible in an empty 1,978 square foot tenant space. Scope of work includes: new interior non-bearing walls to expand existing restroom, finish the inside of an existing corridor wall, install two light fixtures, install minor electrical, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
