(Create Common Good) To construct a new 80 square foot, one story, wood framed vestibule, as well as, a concrete slab for support of a new 85 square foot pre-built walk-in cooler and a new 85 square foot pre-built walk-in freezer. The new walk-in cooler and freezer boxes will be accessed from the new vestibule. The freezer and cooler boxes to have minimum 6 inch foam roof construction to resist anticipated snow drift loads shown on the structural calculations. This permit also includes any associated site improvements. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
