Description |
(LOGGER CREEK APARTMENTS)(UNITS 101 & 201) To repair water damage in two existing apartment units. Work to include: remove and replace damaged sheetrock, insulation, and floor coverings; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and electrical and plumbing repairs. No structural repairs are allowed under this permit. The installation of smoke alarms in each unit is required and be installed per chapter 9 of the 2009 IBC. All construction shall be per chapter 34 of the 2009 IBC, the approved plans, attached plan review report, and the structural inspectors final approval. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered per alternate signed & approved by Tim Hogland for second exit from the third floor (BLD01-00954). Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13R as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." **SRZ**
