(THE POTTING SHED) Work to repair two exterior walls to an existing building where car damage occurred per approved plans. Work to include: Rebuild 40 lineal feet of exterior wall with wood framing and stucco finish including window openings with new headers per engineering; install new exterior windows; construct new interior stairs; remove and replace the interior door to the existing restroom. All work per the attached plan review report, approved plans, engineering and the structural inspectors final approval. This permit includes a life-safety inspection of this building in order to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
