Work to include: construction of 2 interior non-bearing partition walls to create a new conference room, installation of a new accessible door and associated hardware, provide independent switching for new area, and interior finishes, and electrical and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, the attached plan review report, and applicable adopted codes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
