(WESTVIEW SUBDIVISION CLUBHOUSE - NEW ROOF STRUCTURE) New truss roof structure over an existing 1,170 square foot subdivision clubhouse building per approved plans. Work to include: install new pre-engineered roof trusses, beams, headers, all per the engineered design; remove all existing mechanical equipment off the existing roof and relocate to the inside of the building; install new roof drains, and provide attic ventilation for the new overbuild roof. All work per the approved engineered plans, the attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This is a scope of work permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
