**(BOISE ULTIMATE FITNESS FACTORY – South Cole Industrial park – Ste# 130)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 4,800 sq ft existing office / warehouse tenant space. This building was constructed in 1996 and annexed in to the City of Boise in 2006. The tenant was unable to obtain the TI drawings for this space from Ada County; however, they were able to get a shell floor plan and indicated where all the existing walls are within their space on that plan. There will be no change to the occupancy or use of the tenant space from the use known to the city at this time. **TLW**
