**(ONTRAC)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 49,500 square foot office / warehouse tenant space. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This tenant space was previously occupied by “LSIDAHO” under BLD07-02607 and prior to that this entire space was occupied by the same tenant. Permit BLD07-02605 did expire on the remained space; however, none of the work was done. Essentially the space is now back to its original condition. There are no changes to occupancy or use under this permit. NOTE: if this space is ever occupied by two separate tenants a tenant improvement will be required to install restrooms and verify egress in the adjacent space. TLW
