This project is for the remodel of an existing duplex that includes new insulation and interior wall and ceiling coverings. A new dwelling unit separation wall will be constructed to meet currant codes. There is also to be new windows throuout including complying egress windows for the bedrooms; re-roofing; and the completion of the vinyl siding. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll.
