To install 11, pre-engineered, 13ft tall, shade sails in the back patio/pool and lawn areas of the Columbia Village Recreation Center Site. All work shall comply with the approved engineered drawings, the structural inspectors final approval, and all applicable codes. The clubhouse was remodeled under BLD11-00483 and is NOT fire sprinklered. This is a scope of work permit. These are approved for the seasonal/summer months only and must be removed for the winter months due to not being designed for snow loads. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
