(INSULATION PLUS) Permit for the installation of fire walls along the west and south property lines per the approved plans. The buidling was originally constructed in ADA County and at that time was too close to the property line. The construction of the firewalls along the property lines will bring the building into compliance in relation to the distance to the property line. The building area of the combined front and back structures comply as one building as type IIB building. The building is all steel construction so a parapet is not required. A certificate of Occupancy for this structure will be issued upon completion and approval of this project. No racking is allowed under this permit.
