(LUCKY FINS – Shell and Core – Addition) Permit is to construct a 730 square foot addition onto an existing 10,512 square foot building. New addition will increase the building area to 11,242 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached structural engineering. Work to include: construction of exterior non-bearing walls, installation of exterior finishes, construction of new insulated slab, construction of new continuously insulated roof, installation of new overhead doors, installation of new exterior door, installation of new windows, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
