This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that will include select interior partition work to allow for a larger bathroom; enlarge window opening in bedroom 2 (egress) and the replacement of window in bedroom 1 (egress window policy). Accessory unit is to get window replacement and the addition of 2- new windows. The project will also include the re-roofing of both structures. Separate electrical permit is required.
