Project History** This tenant space (1400 Broadway) is part of a multi-tenant space building that has had multiple tenant throughout the years occupying the space without obtaining permits and certificates of occupancy. The last approved permit for this address is listed above. There is a letter in the file from the building official at the time indicating a certificate of occupancy had been issued however we are not able to find the document. We did find the inspection records that showed the permits were finaled. The building official Jason Blais is working with the owner to bring the other tenant spaces into compliance and we will address each one of them as the permits are submitted. **AJS**
