(DUKE SCANLAN – Forest River IV Building – STE # 320) This permit will separate one existing tenant space in to 2 tenant spaces. Suite #310 was previously Chigbrow Ryan & Co. under BLD03-02135. The tenant space was 2297 square feet with the occupancy classification “B”. The new suite #320 will be 1477 square feet and will remain a “B” occupancy. Scope of work for this permit is to remove existing nonbearing walls in from existing office space with new interior nonbearing walls for new office tenant. A nonbearing wall will separate the existing hallway between tenant spaces. They will be creating 4 offices, 1 conference room, 2 work areas and a new break room. Relocate existing sink within same tenant space with in new break room. All per approved drawings and plan review conditions of file. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. Permit BLD03-02261 made the core area restrooms on the 3rd floor fully accessible. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING; ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA #13 REQUIREMENTA AS REGULATED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. **AJS**
