This project is to include the razing of an existing 560s.f. garage with carport ane the reconstruction of a new 975s.f. 2-level detached accessory building with a 3/4 bath; wet bar (sink and under counter refer) and media room for the upper level all accesses from a code complying stair. On the main level there will be a 400s.f. 2-car garage and a 224s.f. all purpose room with a concrete floor. This project is approved through DRH13-00039 by Matt Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked Energy prescriptive method along with the plan review notes. pep
