(ST ALPHONSUS MOB #6 – Shell and Core – 2 Hour Stairway Chase) To remodel an existing four story building by adding a 2 hour chase into the stair towers in order to replace the hot water loop. Scope of work: new hot water loop installed, installation of new interior non-bearing walls to create a 2- hour Chase (UL design – U415) and installation of new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
