This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing non-rated walls to create blood draw room, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new millwork, new sink, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
