To perform interior nonstructural demolition within the historic portion of the Owyhee Place building and within the West wing portion that was formerly hotel rooms. Interior nonbearing walls, existing restrooms, floor finishes, wall finishes, and ceiling finishes will be removed. New work will be done under permit BLD13-00938. The drawings for that permit include the demolition plans. The egress systems and accessible routes serving occupied areas are required to be maintained. The fire sprinkler system and the fire alarm system shall be maintained operational as directed by the Fire Department. The sidewalk above the vault at Main Street will be demolished, a retaining wall constructed, and the area backfilled under a separate permit. No new work is allowed under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. **CJW**
