To create a 16,736 sf tenant improvement (architects office) of the entire eighth floor of the 800 w main street "eighth and main high-rise building". Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors and glass sidelights, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The existing construction is a grey shell. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All high-rise fire and life safety systems must also be installed and operational before occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **AJS**
