This project id to include the razing of a rear slab on grade portion of an existing 2210s.f. single family dwelling; razing the existing carport roof structure and reconstructing same using typical crawl space with light frame construction. There is also to be a 105s.f. addition to the main living front room of the dwelling. When the construction is done the living space will total 2173s.f. R-1AS ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
