(CRADLEPOINT) MODIFICATION TO ADD A DOOR TO THE ELECTRICAL ROOM. Permit for minor tenant improvements to a 40,273 sq. ft. space in an existing 80,688 sq. ft. building. This permit will downsize the space from 40,273 sq. ft. to 13,347 leaving a vacant space to the west of 26,926 sq. ft. The vacant space to the west will require a separate permit for occupancy. Work will consist of the removal of approximately 128 lineal feet of interior nonbearing wall and the construction of two new sections of tenant demizing wall (approximately 60 feet). The assembly area is used for the assembly of wireless routers. NO RACKING OVER 8 FEET IN HEIGHT IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. All work per the approved plans and any notations. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. I stopped at the job site and spoke to Christine. I let her know that for the temporary to be official the proper documentation needs to be processed by the permit tech's down town. As far as the racking permit she stated that she is still waiting on Treasure Valley Fire to provide her with a sprinkler system analysis. I left her some competitors phone numbers and I also left jeff with TVFP a voice message. Also upon looking into the warehouse I saw that the racks were being used so I reminded Christine that per our previous agreement the area under them could be used (floor space) but the racks them selves could not. She said that she had misunderstood me. She is going to remove the product.

Repair the high exit sign on the east wall, remove or repair the exit sign on the west wall in the warehouse, provide racking permit for the racking that exceeds 8', relocate the exit sign at the main exit to be over the door, provide request to exit button and verification of tie in to the facp of the access controled egress doors, provide small documents and mount the fire extinguishers as discussed.
