(ST. LUKE'S - REHAB RELOCATE - 1ST STORY SOUTH WING) The fire sprinkler is used for high-rise and for occupancy. To remodel an existing 3,028 square foot area located on the 1st story, South wing, of the downtown St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors and sidelight, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. A new 1-hr smoke barrier wall will be constructed with 20 minute doors and smoke dampers to maintain the separation between two existing smoke compartments. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
