Scope of work; to include one interior nonbearing wall approx. 20 feet in length with double doors installed and new lighting as per approved plans. The doors will have no hardware per the applicant. This space is to be used only for the display, reproducing, and sales of artwork with a maximum occupant load of 49 occupants with no assembly occupancy allowed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
