(VALLEY REGIONAL TRANSIT) To obtain an occupancy permit for the existing Bus Maintenance Facility originally permitted under BLD97-01722. The original project included construction of a 21,582 s.f. single story, Type II-N, fully fire sprinklered Bus Maintenance Facility with a 5,625 s.f. office area, and a 15,957 shop area which includes a 2,375 s.f. parts storage mezzanine. This project includes a limited scope of work to address outstanding structural inspection notice items and fire code inspection items. This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Any modifications to the building fire protection systems necessary to maintain code compliance will require separate permits; as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
