This project is for the enclosure of 70s.f. of exterior entry area between the garage and living space to extend the main interior hallway by 14' in length relocating the entry door to new front wall. This will require a roof overbuild from the existing entry wall to the front most part of the front bedroom: insulation of the new roof ceiling area and the garage wall adjacent to this addition. The project will also include the construction of a 4'-0" shed type cover in the front extending the front patio along the front of the bedroom. Separate electrical permit is required.
