This project is for the repair of fire damage.. The fire caused total loss of the garage areas and extensive damage to the maine level of the living space. The living space is to be rebuilt from the floor / foundation up and the garage area foundation walls are to be removed and re-poured on the existing footings. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. As walls / floors are opened up the fire blocking is to be updated / repaired. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll.
