This building was converted to an event center under BLD09-00614. Scope of work: create two openings in an existing bearing wall between a meeting room and game room in the basement. Work to comply with attached structural engineering. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
