Scope of work includes: new interior partitions to redefine endoscopy procedure room, new interior partitions to redefine instrument processing and decontamination room, new lighting, new structural bracing / attachment of new equipment to structural slab above, modify existing mechanical system, installation of new plumbing, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
