(Vanilla Shell Suite 104) his project consists of construction of a new tenant demising wall to downsize the existing Health Management Systems Tenant Space (Suite 100) (BLD13-01309) to 5,283 s.f. and to create a new 1,646 s.f. vanilla finish tenant space(Suite 104) (BLD13-01523) on the first floor of Plaza II. Work includes minor demolition, construction of non-load bearing walls and a new doorway into Suite 104, patch and repair of existing finishes, mechanical and electrical modifications to support the new tenant layouts. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and high rise provisions. NO OCCUPANCY IS GRANTED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR OCCUPANCY SHALL BE SUBMITTED.**AJS**
