Description
(GEXPRO - RACKING) To construct and install steel storage racking system exceeding 8' in height with high-piled storage within a 7,969 sq. ft. office/warehouse space per approved plans and attached structural engineering. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. Work to include: To install 2,000 square feet total area of racking/shelving (including aisles). Each unit will be bolted to the floor and have more than 36" isles between rows. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI/ANSI MH 16.1. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. EACH RACKING SYSTEM SHALL HAVE A PLAQUE LOCATED AT EACH RACKING SYSTEM STATING THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT TO BE STORED ON THAT PERTICULAR RACKING SYSTEM PER THE ENGINEERS CRITERIA STATED ON THE PLANS FOR EACH RACKING SYSTEM. Tenant permit done under BLD13-01201. **NOTE: This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **SRZ**
