(IGI Resources) This project consists of the construction of a new tenant demising wall to downsize the existing IGI Resources tenant space on the third floor of Plaza II from 12,527 s.f. to 8,715 s.f. Work consists of minor demolition, construction of non-load bearing walls, and minor mechanical and electrical modifications to support the new tenant layout. the leftover tenant (BLD13-01861) area shall be considered unoccupied future tenant space, subject to future plan review when a specific tenant or tenants have been determined. No occupancy is allowed for the adjacent tenant space as it will not comply with the exiting requirements and there are also two dead end corridors. This building is not fire sprinklered.
