The project will include placement of new bonus room type trusses. The upper level creates 3-bedrooms and 2-full bathrooms. The main level will have have 3-bedrooms and 1 & 3/4 bathrooms. The master suite will have a 30s.f. balcony and a new fully sealed gas fireplace. Any spray foam in the attic areas will also have a code complying thermal barrier.
