This project is to include the razing approx.. 20s.f. of an existing single family dwelling and the addition of 132s.f. to an existing 668s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. There will also be a new 240s.f. carport. The exterior walls will be selectively replaced with replaced walls an R-value of 20 is required. There will be a new roof structure requiring r-38 insulation. The finished project the energy code requirements will be per the prescriptive method. R-1C and CVA13-00027 ok per Leon Letson.
