This project is for the hand excavation at the front of an existing single family dwelling to allow for the placement of 2- new concrete footings to suport a new front entry area cover. The project will also include the replacement of the roof structure on a walk through pergola area off of the driveway to the entry walk. R-1B ok per Colleen Carroll.
